Lampasas Livestock Show Entry Forms
Online Registration will END DEC. 5 MIDNIGHT
All livestock entries shall be filed with the treasurer of the Lampasas County Youth Livestock Association, Lampasas, Texas, using the Online Registration link below. Entries must be done at this time unless arrangements have been made with the treasurer to enter prior to this date. An entry is not considered valid without a completed entry form and paid entry fees.
LATE ENTRIES: If an entry is submitted after DEC. 5th, the amount of entry fees will double.
Entries officially close December 31st and will only be accepted by the board on a case by case basis.
NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION
Click the blue "Sign In" button at the top left corner of the page.
Choose "I am an Exhibitor" for a single family member or “Quick Group” if you will be submitting entries for multiple family members so you can pay for all at one time.
You will be prompted to enter your kids’ first and last name then click the button "I am a new exhibitor or have yet to register this year" button and hit continue.
From there, fill out your personal information and simply follow the prompts.
All exhibitors will need their SSN to fill out a required W-9 (online). This is required and you will not be able to proceed without entering it.
All LIVESTOCK exhibitors will need their Quality counts number. This is required and you will not be able to proceed without entering it. If you don't have or cannot find your kids quality counts number, please contact your advisor.

Online payment via credit or debit card is required and the online system will email you a receipt.
All exhibitors are required to complete a new W-9 every year AND submit a copy of their Social Security Card at the County Entry Night
